I try to bring my on field personality to our players which is playing with an oversized heart and work-horse like determination coupled with simple play and solid technical play with occasional flare. I demand that we do everything right on the defensive end of the ball because that is where every attack starts. I like to see play begin with the defense, then work into the midfield, and on to the forwards who cooly and calmly place the ball in the net, then right back to work. If we are not solid in our defence then we will give up goals and we will struggle. This is square one and the rest is based off of that.
