My philosophy is to try to meld the technical and tactical skills of soccer into a players everyday life, by not just coaching them in soccer but coaching them in life. I believe that you can only be as successful on the field as you are in your everyday life. If you work hard in the classroom and put everything you have into making good grades then you very well should do the same in soccer and vice versa. I believe that in order for a soccer player to be succesful he must be comfortable and I try to preach a sense of family and understanding and forgiveness within the group. Which up to this point has worked well and I hope that in the future it will continue to be their building block for future success. I want the players to take pride in their work on and off the field because of they do this they will hold themselves and their teamates and coaches to the same standards which in turn produces success.
